1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7/30 game, websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by 730 Games ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Our mission is to bring a skill-first card game experience that reduces variance and rewards consistent decision-making.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• During registration you are required to provide your date of birth. You represent and warrant that the date of birth you provide is accurate and truthful. Providing a false date of birth is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
• We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to underage users.
• You represent that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• We may restrict access to certain territories in our sole discretion.

3. Free to Play — Not Gambling

7/30 is a free-to-play card game. No real money is required to play. All tournament and cash-table buy-ins use ST Coins, a virtual currency that is provided free of charge and holds no monetary value.

• You never pay to play. There are no deposits, wagers, or real-money stakes.
• 7/30 is not gambling. No money is risked through gameplay.
• Because no money is at stake, 7/30 does not present a gambling addiction risk. Nonetheless, we do not encourage minors to use the Service.
• Certain tournaments at higher Vault tiers may offer real-world prizes funded by sponsors or partnerships. These prizes are awarded based on tournament performance, not chance, and fulfillment is handled offline (see Section 7).

4. ST Coins (Virtual Currency)

The Service uses a virtual currency called "Seven Thirty Coins" (STs) for all in-platform gameplay, including cash tables and tournament buy-ins. STs:

• Have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or services.
• Are provided free of charge through in-game claim mechanics, gameplay rewards, and referral bonuses.
• Are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to participate in gameplay features within the Service.
• May be adjusted, reset, or removed by us at any time, for any reason, without compensation, as they hold no monetary value.
• Do not constitute property, assets, or financial instruments of any kind.

Any attempt to sell, buy, or trade STs outside the platform is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting, account sharing, and account selling or trading are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

• Collusion, chip dumping, bots, multi-accounting, and any form of unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
• We may use automated detection systems and manual reviews to identify unfair play. We may act without prior notice and are not obligated to disclose our detection methods.
• We reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or void games, hands, or tournament results in case of errors, technical issues, or suspected abuse.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches is prohibited. If you discover a bug, you must report it rather than take advantage of it.

7. Prize Tournaments, Rewards & Shop

At higher Vault tiers (Black Vault and above), specific tournaments may offer real-world prizes such as money, gift cards, or discounts. These prizes are funded by sponsors and advertising partnerships, not by player buy-ins.

• All tournament buy-ins are paid in ST Coins. No real money is required to enter any tournament.
• Prize fulfillment is handled offline. The 7/30 team contacts winners directly to arrange delivery.
• Winners must sign a declaration of receipt before prizes are delivered.
• Tax obligations related to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7/30 does not provide tax advice.
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke prizes in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, collusion, or any violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any prize winner before fulfillment.
• The Reward Shop offers cosmetic items (avatars, card backs, table themes) earned through gameplay progression. Reward Shop items have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be traded or transferred.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the 7/30 game design, rules, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by 730 Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "7/30" and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of 730 Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate it in the Service.
• You are responsible for your content and agree it will not be unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• No unlawful use, harassment, hate speech, threats, or impersonation of other users or staff.
• No fraud, data scraping, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or security breaches.
• No attempts to interfere with the Service's integrity, performance, or fairness.
• No creating or using offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames or avatars.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitation within the Service.
• No exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal advantage.
• No sharing of accounts or login credentials with third parties.

11. Privacy & Data

We collect and process a limited set of personal data to operate the Service. The data we collect and how we use it:

• Email address: Used for account creation, login, email verification, password recovery, and service-related communications.
• Date of birth: Used solely for age verification to enforce the 18+ age requirement.
• Country and language: Used to provide a localized experience and to determine tournament eligibility by jurisdiction.
• Tournament and event notifications: We may contact you about upcoming tournaments, platform events, and sponsor opportunities relevant to your activity.
• Prize fulfillment: If you win a prize in an eligible tournament, we use your contact information to arrange delivery and obtain the required declaration of receipt.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or risk to the Service. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination:

• Your ST Coins balance is forfeited, as they hold no monetary value.
• Any pending prize fulfillment may be cancelled if termination was due to a Terms violation.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 730 Games and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Since the Service uses only virtual currency with no monetary value, you acknowledge that any loss of ST Coins or game progress does not constitute a financial loss.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 730 Games and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Courts located in Lisbon, Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the Service and users will be asked to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
